General Provisions

bd9t is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring, selling or giving access to your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive Accounts: A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd9t are conducted in a secure and transparent manner. The following rules apply to all members:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take a little longer.
• Only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal method will remain the same as the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

Currency and Tax:

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• bd9t does not deduct any tax or duty. It is entirely the member's own responsibility to determine and pay any applicable taxes.

Bonuses and Promotions

bd9t offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the combined amount of the deposit and bonus.
• Each member will receive the welcome bonus one time only.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are usable for playing on the bd9t platform only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If bd9t determines that a member is abusing a bonus, bd9t reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• The validity period of bonus offers will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• bd9t reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

bd9t's VIP program has 5 tiers, offering members special benefits and cashback:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular participation and activity. VIP members enjoy additional benefits, personal support and exclusive offers. bd9t reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games on bd9t are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Important gaming rules:

• Game Results: The outcome of all games is determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. bd9t does not influence the outcome of any game.
• Technical Errors: If a bet remains incomplete due to a server or software error, that bet may be considered void and will be automatically returned to the account.
• Bet Limits: Each game and market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Game Cancellation: bd9t may cancel any game or round for a valid reason and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Sports Betting: Bets will not be settled until the result is confirmed. The bet amount will be paid out only once the result is confirmed from an official source.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd9t and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

If suspicious activity is detected, bd9t may temporarily suspend an account for investigation.

Account Closure and Termination

bd9t may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If registration was completed with false information.
• If the member is proven to be a minor.
• If compliance with legal authority directives is required.

Applicable funds will be returned upon account closure, however balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or breach of terms.

Members may also submit a request to close their account at any time through the support team.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below:

2. The support team will review the issue and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time.
